The menu at Reef’s features many dishes that that are gluten-free. Chef Asi says that “It’s the nature of our food—If I can make food that is gluten-free without sacrificing texture, flavor and quality—Why not? I want to be able to give people what they want.”

Some of the items that Chef Asi prepares without gluten ingredients include the falafel and hummus, Moroccan salmon, moules au laid de coco, and vegetarian moussaka, just to name a few. For a full list of gluten-free dishes available at Reef’s, check out our menus here.

There is a plethora of restaurants, bars, and resort lounges packed into this small town and its surrounding communities. Main Street is lined with everything from bistros and sushi bars to dive bars and breweries, and the mountaintop resorts each house their own extravagant restaurants. Foodies can expect to see local meats and artisan ingredients on menus, and wine lovers will enjoy impressive wine lists.

Our top picks are River Horse (fusion steak and seafood) and Reef’s (Mediterranean), due as much to the local families that own and operate them as the flavorful and creative cuisine they cook up. Slopes, at the Waldorf Astoria, was my favorite of the resort restaurants but Farm and the J&G Grill (they’ve got a stellar Bloody Mary) are also noteworthy. Taliskar on Main is the most famous restaurant in town.”

Did you know that all of the meats, poultry, and fish served at Reef’s are hormone-free and sustainably sourced? By selectively choosing his ingredients, Chef Asi Yoked believes that from both a taste and health perspective, these are much better products. “If you’re a restaurant and proud of your food—you have to have the best ingredients” explains Chef Asi.

One popular example is the Reef Burger, with a house blend of lamb & beef with Swiss gruyere & sweet chili aioli on ciabbatta bread and frites.

The ambiance at Reef’s is influenced by more than just the artwork on the walls and the aromas created in the kitchen. The music you hear while dining is all carefully selected by Reef’s chef, Asi. In the fall Asi likes to play chill music with a mix of Etta James, Run DMC (for an old school twist), Depeche Mode, and Thievery Corporation is always a favorite. He also likes to incorporate Israeli music into his playlists to like Meir Banai and Ivri Lider. Click here to hear \”Until the Morning\” by Thievery Corporation.

Reef’s is growing!  Our expansion project is nearly complete – and will bring at least 20 additional seats for the restaurant, along with a special area for large parties.  We will also be creating a new area where guests can enjoy beverages while waiting to be seated. 

Look for the expanded area to be opened in mid-December along with the launch of our new winter menu.
